Sleep Solutions will help you understand the science of infant sleep, how and why to put together a sleep plan, and to help you understand how to use healthy solutions, often before a problem starts, to instill habits that benefit the overall health and well-being of not only the infant, but the parents. Learn how to put together a sleep plan for a client, what that should look like, real life problems and how to solve them, and how to work with that client who doesn’t want to follow a sleep plan. FOUNDATIONAL NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST TRAININGNewborn Care Solutions Foundational program is great for newer NCS, nannies, doulas, and experienced infant daycare workers to strengthen and deepen their newborn knowledge. This course goes IN-DEPTH into many areas that other program only touch on. We teach recognizing possible signs of conditions such as postpartum mood disorders, torticollis, tongue tie, reflux, food allergies, brachial plexus injuries and more. In addition, we teach all the business basics you need to get started—an NCS focused resume, elevator pitch, working with agencies and doing it on your own.
ADVANCED NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST TRAININGMany times as Newborn Care Specialists or Experienced Postpartum Doulas, you might know the “how” of what we do, but do you really know the “why”? Understanding the science behind things helps you communicate better to your clients. This course looks intensively into things such as infant brain development, working with premature infants, working with higher order multiples, what high-profile and high net worth clients are really looking for, business and how fast it is changing and how you as an NCS you can keep up and much, much more. This course is perfect for an experienced NCS or postpartum doula who wants to really deepen and broaden their knowledge base and bring a new level of expertise to their clients.

GREEN IS THE NEW BLACKWe hear ‘the buzz’ about going green all the time, but do we really know what that means? This course will help you understand why going green is so important to everyday health for our clients and their families and specifically a new baby. From an understanding of how our bodies come into the world, how toxins affect growing brains and very specific ways to reduce our toxic load, you will learn the how and the why of going green and can immediately apply what you have learned to your work in the world of newborns.
