Must have completed our Foundational NCS Training Program – either in-person or online and have at least one-year newborn nanny or NCS work and are actively working to transition into NCS work during their first year of the program. Candidates not at this point should consider the NCS Advantage Program first.
REQUIRED: take our Advanced NCS Training Program online during the year.
Successfully complete all requirements of Elite Year 1, be fully transitioned into NCS work and complete all the available online courses during the year.
Must have successfully completed Elite Year 2 Program to apply.
Year 1 and Year 2 require 85% participation to move onto the next level. Master NCS® requires 100% participation in order to receive your Master NCS® credentials. Course materials are ONLY in your student portal during your enrollment year. Access to course material after your enrollment year will require payment of an administrative fee unless prior arrangements are made.
All participants will be required to undergo a reference and background/social media screening, sign a contract and an intellectual property(IP) non-disclosure agreement (NDA) related to program materials and content, as well as a photo/video release. In addition, all students will be required to sign a professional code of conduct agreement prior to the start of Year 1 and understand that any documented violation of that agreement or the IP/NDA agreement may result in removal from the program at the sole discretion of Newborn Care Solutions.
*Once Year 2 is successfully completed, you may officially refer to yourself as an Elite NCS™ and once you have successfully completed the Master NCS® program, you may officially use our trademarked title of Master NCS®.
