On a mission to create the most incredible charter experiences, and having been part of the yachting industry for almost a decade (including a couple of years spent as a stewardess), Ella launched her company, Superyacht Nanny, to support families, nannies and crew with every aspect of luxury onboard childcare. Having been selected by a host of UHNW and VIP families to provide childcare on some of the world's most prestigious superyachts, Ella has become an expert in ensuring everyday for her charges (and parents) is seamless, fun and safe. Experienced in caring for babies and children of all ages, working days for Ella have included being responsible for a seven-year-old whilst taking part in a world-class yachting regatta, caring for multiples (twins and triplets), and delivering childcare for tandem charters. And when she's on terra firma, Ella has her finger firmly on the pulse of the other side of Superyacht Nanny. Matching nanny candidates to current positions, coaching, hosting masterclasses, and providing one-to-one online support for those looking to find their first position, Ella has also created a thriving online community, enabling her to share a host of knowledge and top tips, as well as indispensable digital guides that outline the potential and requirements of this exciting niche industry.
